John, WB2OSZ, did a presentation on Dire Wolf, which is a software sound card AX.25 packet modem/TNC and APRS encoder/decoder. It can be used stand-alone to observe APRS traffic, as a tracker, digipeater, APRS gateway, or Internet Gateway. We will also had the election of the PART officers for 2019 and the silly slide show presented by Rick, W1RAG.
